Domestic Housekeeper – Newcastle and Gateshead
Salary: £16,053.46 pro rata
Location: Newcastle and Gateshead
Contract: Permanent, 15 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hardworking individual to join us as a Domestic Housekeeper at our services across Newcastle and Gateshead.
You will work at our ‘Housing with Care and Support’ (HWCAS) services. This service enables people with complex mental health problems to move out of hospital or 24-hour care and take up a supported tenancy in the community. HWCAS consists of a range of shared and individual accommodation. As a Domestic Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness within tenant homes and staff office bases.
You will be joining Mental Health Concern, which is a leading NHS and Local Authority commissioned charity that provides a wide range of specialist mental health services, supporting people with mental health problems to live valued lives. As part of the Concern Group, we are primarily based in the North East of England and employ over 275 staff. Established for over 30 years, we are proud to be one of the largest non-statutory providers of mental health services in England.

Please note, due to the travelling involved, it is essential that you hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. You will be eligible to claim mileage expenses related to travelling between locations.
