Salary band:  £38,860 – £43,973 per annum (pro-rata for part-time employees)

Hours: Full time (37.5hrs per week). Applicants wishing to work flexibly are encouraged to apply.

About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate individual with great leadership skills to join our IAPT Senior Management Team in the Mid Nottinghamshire area. In this role, you will be managing and supporting our Counsellors and Cognitive Behavioural Therapists in Mansfield and Ashfield as they use their expertise to make a real difference to individual’s lives.

Working closely with the IAPT Senior Management Team, you will assist in the delivery of a cost effective and efficient service.  You will be responsible for ensuring that the service is developed and maintained effectively and play a vital role in both supporting and motivating your team to ensure they deliver high quality interventions that reflect local and national priorities and targets and meet the organisation’s requirements.

To succeed in this role you must be an experienced clinician with a proven track record of delivering excellent results within IAPT services, and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to ensure your team are engaged whilst also delivering high quality therapy interventions in line with service targets.

You will be joining Insight Healthcare, which is a highly regarded, national organisation and an experienced provider of IAPT services on behalf of the NHS. Our Mid Nottinghamshire team is part of our wider East Midlands Hub.  Our managers enjoy the opportunity to learn from each other and be involved in wider services development whilst also providing leadership to their locality team. About you:

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Experienced in your field of expertise with either a high intensity therapy qualification (or equivalent), or BACP (or equivalent) Accreditation.
  • Ability to lead a team, providing support and motivation to ensure your team are engaged and deliver high quality therapy interventions that meet service targets
  • Have strong decision-making skills and are able to make and communicate decisions in a timely and justifiable manner
  • Have a good working knowledge of the IAPT programme and the challenges and opportunities it presents
  • Have experience of meeting service targets, monitoring quality and safety
  • Are able to work under pressure, with attention to detail
  • Are creative and resourceful, flexible and adaptable
